All content on this site, including text, designs, graphics, photographs and code, is protected by copyright and is the property of Rebels of the Future. No part of our site may be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Sizing
All sizes listed on our site are in children’s sizing unless otherwise stated. We recommend checking our sizing guide before purchasing to help find the best fit for your child.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian orders. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery option and location. For international orders, GST will be removed at checkout.

Payment methods
We accept payments via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and ApplePay.

Shopify Payments uses SSL encryption for security. PayPal allows you to pay securely with your PayPal account or credit card.

Order cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not left us yet, please email online@rebelsofthefuture.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel it before dispatch if we can.

If we need to cancel your order due to insufficient stock, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or unforeseen circumstances, we will refund you in full via your original payment method.

Sales for personal use only
Our products are sold for personal use only. We do not offer wholesale purchases through our online store. Orders that appear to be for resale may be declined, and we may limit the number of items purchased per customer.

Changing an order
We cannot make changes to an order once it has been processed. If you need to change something, you may need to return the original items at your own expense once they arrive. Please see our returns & exchanges policy for full details.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and keep your personal information secure. We do not share your details with anyone outside Rebels of the Future unless required by law.

By ordering from our website, you agree to receive occasional emails with new product information and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Fraud protection
To protect our customers and business, we may request additional information to verify your order. This could include proof of identity or confirmation of payment details. This information is used only to confirm the order is genuine and is not stored.

Misfit 3 for Free Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
• This promotion is open to customers of Rebels of the Future placing an order through our online store during the promotional period or while stock lasts.
• Existing customers are eligible to receive up to 3 free Misfit Tees with their next order.
• New customers are eligible to receive up to 3 free Misfit Tees when making a full-priced purchase.

2. How It Works
• Eligible customers will receive up to 3 free Misfit Tees per customer/account as part of this promotion.
• The free Misfit Tees will be added to orders as per the promotion rules and subject to size availability.

3. Limitations
• This offer is limited to one allocation per customer/account/household.
• Multiple orders placed by the same customer (or under the same shipping address, payment method, or other identifying information) will not qualify for multiple free allocations.
• Any attempt to misuse the promotion (including creating multiple accounts or placing multiple separate orders to claim additional free items) will result in cancellation of the order(s) and forfeiture of the offer.

4. Stock Availability
• Free Misfit Tees are subject to size and stock availability. Once stock is exhausted, the promotion will end.
• We reserve the right to substitute sizes or cancel free allocations if demand exceeds availability.

5. Resale Prohibited
• Free Misfit Tees received as part of this promotion are strictly for personal use.
• Reselling of promotional items is not permitted and may result in cancellation of current and future orders.

6. Returns
• If you wish to return the full-priced item(s) purchased as part of this promotion, you must also return the free Misfit Tees you received with that order.
• If the free Misfit Tees are not returned, you will not be eligible for a refund on the full-priced item(s).
• Standard returns policy applies to eligible items once the above condition is met.

7. General Conditions
• Rebels of the Future reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
• This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or codes unless otherwise stated.
