Shipping

We’re a small, family-run label, and every order is packed with care from our studio. We aim to have your order on its way within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 9AM (AEST) are processed the next business day. We don’t pack or ship on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, new collection drops, or holiday seasons, dispatch may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Services
We ship to anywhere Australia Post or DHL Express can reach.

Within Australia we offer Australia Post Standard or Express, with timeframes depending on your location.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post International (Express or Standard where available). Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and can vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves us. We send orders with Authority to Leave unless you request otherwise. If you choose this option, please note that Rebels of the Future can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels after delivery.

International Duties & Taxes
International orders may attract import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering.

Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped, we can’t cancel it. If it hasn’t left us yet, email online@rebelsofthefuture.com as soon as possible, if we can catch it in time, we’ll happily cancel on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. For details on returning or exchanging an item, please see our Returns & Exchanges page, where you can download and complete our returns form to send back with your order.

Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or not collected and returned to us, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delays
Please allow extra time during busy seasons, public holidays, and collection launches. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
